Description
NPS reports that it is corrupt when a file is launched via Open With
Steps to Reproduce
Right-click on file, click Open With, NPS will say it's corrup[t but will work otherwise
Resolution
It wasn't using the correct path to determine installation directory -- fixed it to use the executable path instead of the working directory
