Summary: Use URL / other data from copied images in filename

Description
When copying and pasting an image from a browser, it ends up appearing as "untitled-1" rather than the filename provided by the clipboard's "UniformResourceLocatorW". Would be cool if NPS could read this to determine the filename when possible.
